I’ve been successful everywhere by creating a cooperative and engaged management team. Emotional Intelligence is important; I believe that most teams fail when the team leader doesn’t have the appropriate interpersonal relationships with team members.

I’ve found that by setting the tone and managing to rigorous personal standards of conduct a bad team can become an incredible team. I believe in supporting team members with the right tools, training and emotional support. I also believe in setting clear expectations and being direct.

I believe Leadership is about focusing our gaze on what might be possible. Every assumption is questioned and the imagination of the team to is engaged to develop solutions that create value.
